Mother Nature of Imathia

Visitors will take part in activities such as hiking, cycling, and bird watching, visits to the Aliakmonas river, Vermio and Olympus mountains with focus on the conservation & protection of nature.

During their stay in Central Macedonia, visitors will experience the natural wonders of the regions of Imathia and Pieria. The journey will begin on a sailboat that will take them from Thessaloniki to Litochoro, Pieria, then they will take pleasure in the wonderful nature, surrounding the massif of the mountain ranges of Pieria. Guests will visit the lesser-known but equally gorgeous Vermio Mountain in Imathia and the majestic Aliakmonas river and its artificial lake.
