Les Garrigues for foodies

Fall in love with the landscapes shown by the olive tree fields and the vineyards in Les Garrigues and taste its flavors.

Travel through the land’s flavors. A 5 days and 4 nights gastronomical experience where you will discover the secrets of one of the best olive oils in the world. All this paired with the wine certification “Costers del Segre”.

You will start this trip visiting the wine cellar of “Mas Blanch i Jové” in La Pobla de Cèrvoles. An environmentally friendly wine cellar. Both inside and out you will find displayed amazing contemporary art masterpieces from Gregorio Iglesias, Esteve Casanoves or Josep Guinovart. It is an artistic itinerary named “The artist’s vineyard”.

A few kilometers from the wine cellar, we find Les Cometes’ factory, a Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil brand made of 100% Arbequina olives cold pressed and with no chemical additives. They are the only producers in Catalonia that have the DEMETER certification of biodynamical agriculture.

You will finish the journey with an easy bike ride through the olive groves and vineyards of Fulleda.
